1. Formation
MoneyLine.sg Pte Ltd, Company No. 201011401G, incorporated in Singapore and having its registered address at 11 North Bridge Road, #10-03, Peninsula Plaza, Singapore 179098, offers all users access to this website for noncommercial purposes (hereinafter referred to as the "Web Portal") on condition that you accept these Terms of Use, the Disclaimer, and the Privacy Policy by performance, i.e. by using the Web Portal and the services it provides. This acceptance shall only create a valid and enforceable Agreement if you are of full age and capacity according to the law of your domicile. All terms and conditions may be subject to change without notice being given to you. It is up to you to browse these terms from time to time to ensure that you are aware of the most recent versions.

MoneyLine.sg Pte Ltd provides comparative information about consumer products and services in the banking, financial services and insurance markets. MoneyLine.sg Pte Ltd does not make a charge for the use of the Web Portal, but may receive payment from advertisers, or product or service providers for the inclusion of content. MoneyLine.sg Pte Ltd reserves the right to refuse access to the services offered through this Web Portal or to exclude any person from access to the services, or block their access to the Web Portal in the event of any serious or repeated breach of any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement or the Privacy Policy.

3. Intellectual Property
3.1 The content of this Web Portal including the text, graphics, and logo is the property of MoneyLine.sg Pte Ltd and is protected by copyright and/or other proprietary rights. You may download, print, and store any copyright material for your personal use, but you shall not republish, distribute or commercially exploit the contents in any form without first obtaining the express written consent of MoneyLine.sg Pte Ltd. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the contents, or frame the Web Portal or any part of it. You may not modify or alter the contents in any way, or change or delete the copyright notice.

3.2 Insofar as the content of this Web Portal reproduces or makes reference to the registered and unregistered trademarks or the Intellectual Property Rights of third parties, such IP rights continue in third party ownership. MoneyLine.sg Pte Ltd does not endorse and is not affiliated with any of the owners and cannot license any other use of these rights.

4. Compliance with relevant laws

8. Severance
In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction finds one or more of the terms contained in this Agreement to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, so much of the clause or clauses as shall be unenforceable shall be severed from this Agreement and all the remaining terms and conditions shall remain binding on the Parties hereto.

9. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, the Disclaimer, and the Privacy Policy supercede all other forms of communication whether oral or in writing, and constitute the entire agreement between MoneyLine.sg Pte Ltd and yourself to regulate your use of the Web Portal and the services it offers.

10. Statute of Limitations
You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of this Web Portal or the services it offers must be filed within three years of the date the cause of action arose or be forever barred.

11. Choice of law and venue
All disputes and claims arising out of the use of the Web Portal and the services offered shall be governed by the laws of the Singapore and, for these purposes, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore.

As the operator of this Web Portal, MoneyLine.sg Pte Ltd has taken reasonable care to ensure that none of the content published on this site infringes the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party. But if, after consideration, MoneyLine.sg Pte Ltd takes the view that no infringement has taken place or that the content may be amended to avoid the infringement, it reserves the right to leave the content as published, to restore the content in the same or a modified version, or to make any appropriate modification to the content without first removing it.
